The rocking sounds of the 1950s return to the Landers Theatre stage this spring.

Springfield Little Theatre presents "The Buddy Holly Story" May 1-17. KSPR is among the show's sponsors.

The show chronicles Holly's rise to fame from a country singer in Lubbock, Texas, to a chart-topping star of rock and roll.

Tickets are available now at the Landers box office or online.
