BURBANK, Calif. (AP) - Barbara Walters thinks Miley Cyrus is one
of the year's most fascinating people.

Cyrus thinks "it's amazing" since parts of her life are so normal. Like when she goes home at night and sits around, talks on the phone and gets on iChat.

Of course, the other parts of her life aren't so normal:having a hit TV show, being under a microscope and having a bodyguard. "Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2008" airs tonight on ABC.

Walters won't reveal who makes the top of the list until the show. But, others in her top-10, along with Miley Cyrus, include Will Smith, Tom Cruise, Tina Fey, the real Sarah Palin, Frank Langella, Michael Phelps, Rush Limbaugh and Thomas Beatie, the transgendered man who gave birth a few months ago.
