Lawn tractor donation

The Dog Gun Run committee and Rosebud Mining Company each presented $2,500 toward the purchase of a new lawn tractor for the Windber Municipal Authority. The authority operates Windber Recreation Park, Windber Community Building and manages the Recreation programming for the community. Present at the check presentation were Dog Gone Run committee members, B.J. Weaver, Jaime Bloom and co-chairs, Bob Haddad and Aaron Cicon, Rosebud Mining Company foreman, Curt Long, Windber Recreation director, Kevin Charney and Recreation Park workers, Jason Bender and Jonathan Miller.
