Victims identified in double homicide in Pulaski County

SAINT ROBERT, Mo. - The Pulaski County Sheriff's Department has identified the four people shot near St. Robert Thursday afternoon. 24 year old Johnathan Graham of Crocker, and 53 year old Sherry Gann of Dixon died when someone fired into their car. 28 year old Cassandra Gann of Crocker and 49 year old David Reeves of Dixon were injured.

Investigators received a report about 3:00 pm Thursday of shots fired with multiple gunshot victims in the 1400 block of Houston Road, near the I-44 and Highway 28 overpass in Pulaski County. Sheriff Jimmy Bench said "The shooting appears to have been targeted. A targeted event, aimed at the four victims."

Detectives believe 44-year-old Richard Taylor fired the shots. Taylor has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of first degree assault, and other criminal charges in this case.

"Taylor is considered to be armed and dangerous. Please do not approach him," Bench added.

Authorities are also searching for 34-year-old Jamel Holt. Deputies say he moves between Pulaski County and the St. Louis area, and is only wanted for questioning at this time.
