SPRINGFIELD, Mo Springfield Public Schools superintendent John Jungmann gave his annual state of the schools address Wednesday.
And he did so in great fashion by popping out of a box.
His speech falls in line with the districts 150th anniversary.
“Our community, we asked them to reflect on their school experience. We asked them to reflect on their experience of education in the future, and they’re not all the same. Schools have to change, they have to evolve over time to meet the needs of our learners; and I think our community understands that, embraces it, and showed that today," he said.
About 350 community leaders joined the superintendent for his address.
