SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- We now know a little more about who was fired at Springfield Mercy Hospital in the wake of the patient abuse investigation.

A government report doesn't list names, but cites more than a half a dozen security officers, the director and VP of security, were terminated. The behavioral health director was fired. Three nurses, in the ER and behavioral health, were fired or contracts were not renewed. A nursing manger resigned.
