Leigh's Lost and Found: featuring a Lab mix found wandering with a goat and another dog

An unusual trio in today's Leigh's Lost and Found report.

Our featured dog was found running with a goat and a dog that are owned by the same person and who are often sighted out and about.

"Seems they picked up a friend on their latest adventure. She fell in with them. They came and picked up the dog and goat but her family hasn't found her yet."

The group was found in the 2500 block of west Grand on January 5th.

The female dog did have a camo collar on but no tags or microchip. Animal control says she's mostly a Black\Lab mixed with what looks to be a Beagle.

She's young, only about a year old, and has definitely been well taken care of based on her clipped nails and good weight.

If you recognize this dog or you've lost your pet, call animal control at 417-833-3592. You can also visit their website to see pictures of all the animals currently there and to fill out an online lost pet form.

Another great resource is the Leigh's Lost and Found facebook page. Anyone can post a lost or found animal on there so be sure to like the page and share it with your friends.
