Leigh's Lost and Found: Featuring a lost Heeler/Terrier mix puppy

In today's Leigh's Lost and Found report, we're featuring a lost puppy found in the 2400 block of north Fremont.

"We're guessing she's around eight months old. She's got her adult teeth but they're still growing and they're very pearly white."

Animal control believes the puppy is mostly Red Heeler with some Jack Russell terrier mixed in.

They think she's about 8 months old and she sure has the energy of a puppy. Shelter coordinator Josh Doss says she likely won't get much bigger.

She didn't have any collar, chip or tags on her but based on her coat and good weight and good manners, Josh does believe she's had a family.

"She's in very good condition and she's well mannered toward people so I think would say at some point she's had an owner."
