SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KSPR) -- ***UPDATED WEDNESDAY EVENING***
A rather hot and humid day is in store on Thursday across the Ozarks with readings near 90 and humidity levels making it feel like the mid 90's.
Scattered storms may develop Friday across the Ozarks with a round early in the morning but a more robust round during the late afternoon/evening.
There could be some severe weather with hail and winds as the main threats especially in our threat track area of a 3 or the yellow shaded area.
Rainfall amounts could push 3" and maybe even isolated 4" amounts by the 4th of July. This could lead to some flooding.
Have a great week!
