Buffalo man walks out of prison after murder conviction thrown out

TEXAS COUNTY, Mo. -- Brad Jennings, 61, of Buffalo was released from jail one day after a judge ruled he was wrongfully convicted in the death of his wife.

Lisa Jennings died of a gunshot wound in their home on Christmas Day of 2006. Jennings maintains his wife committed suicide.

Jennings had been serving a 25-year sentence for second degree murder.
