Glimpsed at the Creative Alliance: Monica Leonard

An event celebrating the return of the "Mad Men" TV series was also the perfect setting for Monica Leonard, 32, to celebrate her "vintage eclectic" style. The Highlandtown resident came to the party at Creative Alliance at the Patterson in a "blueberry" rayon ruffle-front belted Calvin Klein dress, which she had just bought on eBay. "I get a lot of dresses on eBay," said Leonard, who helps facilitate corporate meetings by illustrating them live as they're happening. To complete her own personal picture, Leonard added gold metal filigree earrings from Forever 21 and black leather Merona pumps from Target. Other places she loves to shop include Banana Republic for its "simple, classic" pieces, and H&M for the "vintage nod" she occasionally finds in apparel there.
