Man dies in Thanksgiving officer-involved shooting in Laclede County

One man is dead after an officer-involved shooting in Laclede County on Thanksgiving Day.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash that closed a part of Interstate 44 in Strafford early Friday morning.

A strong southwest wind and lots of sun will push highs past 70°.

Police say both men are from Jefferson City. No arrests have been made but an investigation continues.
